NOTES 21-02, Addition of USDA EPMA to Launchpad

The National Finance Center (NFC) has added the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Enterprise Performance Management Application (EPMA) to the Application Launchpad on the NFC Web site. The application is for USDA-use only and can be accessed from the Application Launchpad located on the NFC Web homepage as shown below. The Application Launchpad is also available from the HR and Payroll Clients page.

Clearing Caches

To see the new addition to the launchpad, you may need to clear your browser cache. Users should be able to redownload any cached resources by pressing Ctrl + F5 in any browser. However, if that does not work, here are steps for clearing your cache in the Chrome and Edge browsers.

Chrome Browser

  1. Open Chrome Browser and select the “three dots” in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select the Settings menu option.
  3. From the Settings page, select the Privacy and Security menu option from the left-hand menu.
  4. From the Privacy and Security page, select Clear Browsing Data .
  5. You will get a popup to clear your browsing data. Ensure the Time range is set to “All time” and the Cookies and other site data is checked, and select the Clear Data button.

Edge Browser

  1. Open the Edge Browser and select the “three dots” in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select the Settings menu option.
  3. From the Settings page, select the Privacy, search, and services menu option from the left-hand menu.
  4. From the Privacy page, find the Clear browsing data section and select the Choose what to clear button.
  5. You will get a popup to clear your browsing data. Ensure the Time range is set to “All time” and the Cookies and other site data is checked, and select the Clear Now button.
